After the training, participants will improve their team management skills, be able to better distribute rights and responsibilities among employees, and focus on their strengths. They will know what top managers and subordinates expect from them and will be able to give them feedback using modern methods. The knowledge gained during the training will help the participants to establish better verbal and non-verbal communication not only with those around them, but also at work.
