Tegeta Academy implements an innovative training platform within the USAID grant program "Employers for Professional Development". The advantage of the online program is that employees do not interrupt their work process during the training period. The purpose of the online learning platform Electude is to support the career growth and professional development of the company's employees.
 
Nino Okhanashvili, Deputy Executive Director of "Tegeta Holding" in the direction of human capital management and organizational development: "With the help of the Electude platform, it is possible to increase the theoretical and technical knowledge of the employee. It is a flexible tool, which the user can improve his knowledge in the field of automobile at any time from any place. The platform allows us to involve many more employees in training than we could with classroom trainings and at the same time save human and material resources. At this stage, the translation of the platform into Georgian is in progress, accompanied by exclusive rights. According to today's data, more than 230 modules have already been translated into Georgian. 150 of them have been corrected and corrected by "Tegeta Academy".
As for direct teaching, within the framework of the grant activity, 5 basic training courses will be developed in "Tegeta Academy". Through them, Tegeta Motors plans to train up to 1,000 employees within 1 year.
