In 2018, Tegeta Academy conducted an innovative project in three streams, "2-week complex training of front office staff", which was attended by about 100 employees across the company. As a result of the unequivocally positive feedback from the trainings, the management decided that the project would continue in 2019 and pass all employees who failed to hit last year’s stream.
