Tegeta Academy, in cooperation with Tegeta Motors, has been implementing the "Start a Career at Tegeta" project for years, under which participants take a 160-hour course on the construction and operation of vehicles. All successful participants are employed in various positions across Tegeta Holding. We have conducted a total of 27 streams under the project and we have about 400 successful graduates.
